All Thrivex Shop products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Once your order is placed, production and shipping are handled by Printify and its print providers.

Order Processing

Orders usually require a production period before they are shipped. Processing and production times may vary depending on the product, print provider, destination, season, and overall order volume.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is fulfilled through Printify’s network of print providers and carrier partners. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can sometimes happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, peak periods, weather, or destination-specific factors.

Tracking

Tracking is provided where available. If a tracking number is available for your order, it will normally be sent once the order has been shipped, or you can view the tracking order on your account by clicking on the order number and viewing the details. Please note that some shipping methods or print providers may not offer tracked delivery for every order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Shipping Issues

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or there is another genuine shipping-related problem, please email us at support@thrivexshop.com with your order details and any helpful evidence so we can review the issue and resolve the issue.

Customs and International Orders
