Refunds for Genuine Issues

What You Need to Send Us

No Returns

We do not accept standard returns, and approved refund cases will generally not require you to send the product back. If a genuine issue is confirmed through the evidence you provide, we may issue a refund while you keep the item.

Reporting Timeframe
